Host consistency note
Use the same hostname for portal + dashboard + logins (cookies are host-bound). Prefer PERCEPTA_PUBLIC_HOST when behind NAT/reverse proxy.
Build note
The primary download path is now a native GUI installer when an installer build is staged. Script-backed setup remains as fallback until every platform installer is published.
